I am Roslyn Rajasingam, national director of a Not-For-Profit agency, writer (non-fiction), social media user, self-publisher, blogger (again!) and digital marketing practitioner.

As an introverted young woman coming from a small city in the south of the Philippines, it was not easy for me to reach goals I have set for myself. Yet, in my late teens to my late twenties, I managed to complete an undergraduate degree in the country’s capital city, organised youth in a town with few opportunities, started two small church choirs, played guitar and organ in church services, performed in a Theatre Chorus (had one Opera concert!) for a few years, travelled to Europe alone (twice), represented a country in an International Forum and World gathering in Spain, helped organise a European young adults gathering of 45,000 people in Poland and volunteered in an ecumenical community in France for almost a year.

In my thirties, I achieved my life goal of becoming a manager for a not-for-profit organisation in a developed country before I reached thirty-five and managed a team that won the best employment service in two states in Australia.

In my forties to my early fifties, I left employment services and chose a path of managing a school for seniors with over a hundred volunteer tutors and then moving on to manage projects for a church organisation.

During this time, I learned and implemented blogging, social media, self-publishing and digital marketing while also attending a ton of self-development courses, online and offline.

These learnings, coupled with perseverance and resilience, allowed me to publish my first book in my mid-fifties and got a position of national director of a not-for-profit organisation.

By the way, I also got married to a wonderful man and we have two sons. We currently live in a suburb we love, attend a local church community and are involved in a couples’ ministry.

I love to share my learnings on how I transformed my life by getting out of my comfort zone, changing my self-sabotaging thoughts, creating new habits and setting my vision & goals.

I coach women to transform their lives using face-to-face and digital tools that are relevant in their own journey in order to create a more meaningful, joyful and purposeful life.

Most importantly, I am a Catholic Christian who strives to share God’s message of hope and trust, personally and digitally.
